Clinical Supervision

I offer Clinical Supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors.

I can also offer group supervision (please contact me for the price of this service)

I am a Person Centred, CBT and Trauma Informed qualified Therapist and also have experience of the education sector, having been a school Mental Health Lead and school counsellor for 12 years.

I also work on the BetterHelp platform, so have experience in this area. It is sometimes good to have a supervisor who has knowledge of the platform.

Supervision works differently for each therapist.

Some counsellors like to have a 45 minute session every two weeks, so their supervision is more regular.

Others may opt for 1 hour per month to go alongside their group supervision.

While some have a 1.5 hour session each month.

It is entirely up to you and I am happy to work with whatever fits best for you.
